Another roundup of free online workouts you can do at home.
Why do I like to workout in my basement?
-I can sweat and grunt and not feel inhibited
-I can wear whatever I want
-Class starts on MY schedule
-Time efficient because I don't need any extra time to drive to a gym, park, get a locker, show up early to get space in class, etc.
-I don't have to conjure the motivation to get up and go anywhere. I just walk downstairs, procrastinate if I want to, and do it.
ALL of these sites/channels have free content. Some sell add-ons like calendars, community, personal coaching, but 100% all have some really great free workouts.

My personal favorite for all levels of workouts. I've been working out with them for years. HIIT, guided strength training, cardio, functional fitness and agility, etc, etc, etc. Hundreds of free videos. https://www.fitnessblender.com
Millionaire Hoy
This trainer is intense. He seems to have boundless energy and maybe springs in his shoes. Great hard workouts, with modifications offered.
